Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports integration with Crystal Reports?

Good day.
There was a question in the integration of these products. CC has Cisco Agent Desktop installed. Reporting on the work of dispatchers occurs in Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports. There is also Crystal Reports, where other data on the work of the CC are generated, which are taken from the SD.
Ideally, dispatcher call reports should be generated in Crystal Reports. Has anyone done this integration?
