What rules should be written in Mikrotik?

There are two Cisco networks - 10.0.0.0/24
Mikrotik - 10.14.2.0/24
Between them VPN IPSEC
C 10.0.0.0/24 I ping 10.14.2.0/24, it does not ping back
There are suspicions of a firewall or a routing table in Mikrotik, because that there is also a 3rd office, only there is cisco, the settings on the main cisco (10.0.0.0/24) are the same.
Describe to me, please, the firewall settings, I did different options, so I could violate security.

@nimbo

write a route on Mikrotik such that 10.0.0.0/24 should go through the first cisco (as a gate). and that's it. well, clean up the fire, because it's not entirely clear why the fire should work out the rules for local traffic. it is a task exclusively for routing.

Thanks for the answer, I registered the route 10.0.0.0/24 gateway - the interface on which the Internet clings. Everything worked!!!
