Hello!
There are Cisco 7960 devices with SIP firmware P0S3-8-12-00
Is it possible to tie a phone with SIP firmware, "Russian" locale, to the 7960?

add to the phone configuration file (xml) the following. lines
Russian_Russian_Federation5ru_RUUTF-8
put the locale file itself on tftp where the firmware is.
