Cinnamon does not start completely, problems with drivers, how to install?

Hello, dear experts, it seems that with Linux I have a problem on the problem, I was finally able to install Debian with cinnamon, at system startup a window appears with a message that I have problems with drivers, and then a similar window appears with a message that cinnamon could not start everything applets, as a result, on the desktop, I see only language switching and a wifi network, please tell me how to install amd drivers with a completely broken shell?
