CI/CD for QA engineer?

Hello! Increasingly, in the requirements for a QA specialist, the item appears:
"Knowledge / understanding of CI / CD".
Questions arose:
1. What set of knowledge/skills does a QA specialist need?
2. What practical task to complete to gain skills?
PS minimal knowledge of system administration, almost zero.

Also theoretical knowledge on CI, CD and CD. Superficially, for example: qaat.ru/kakaya-raznica-mezhdu-continuous-delivery-...
1). There are many tools, I can add Gitlab CI to those voiced. Different teams have a different set of tools, so it is important to understand the theory of how such systems work.
2). An actual task for QA in CI is to run autotests after a build, for example, before a branch merge. From the QA side, there is writing autotests.

2. automatically run automatic tests of a web application, for example, according to a schedule (every night)

1. Understand what SDLC is, know the terminology that is currently used in the presence of CI / CD in the project.
2. For QA, this is not a practical task, but an understanding of what CI / CD is in terms of work organization.
