Chrome virus: applications do not work + vk.com logs out, how to neutralize?

Good evening (afternoon).
Actually, somewhere I picked up the 2inf virus, but I couldn’t get rid of it. The most unpleasant consequences are that google chrome applications do not work and when authorizing on vk.com, the account is logged out instantly.
Please help with advice.

But in general, hundreds of these antiviruses. If the files in the browser are damaged, then reinstall. It seems that nothing new has appeared in antiviruses over the past N years.

Well, run the computer for a start with all sorts of different utilities , if nothing helps, then probably to the appropriate forums with the attached information about the computer (I don’t remember exactly what is needed there, logs or something)

So ... I have some google chrome settings disabled along the way, so not all applications work correctly ...
There was some kind of link to the internal settings of plugins and modules, can someone tell me, I can’t find it myself?
