Chrome doesn't offer to save passwords if https?

How to make chrome offer to save password even if https? I understand that it may not be safe, but there are a lot of passwords, I can’t remember, and I need to work quickly.

Moderators: instead of deleting messages, it would be better to listen to what I write to you.
Answer: Passwords are stored only for legal certificates, this does not apply to self-signed certificates.

https offers to save passwords. Check your password saving settings again.
And in order to log in quickly, I advise you to store all passwords in KeePass or other similar programs.

Saves normally. Remove the desired site from the blacklist of saving passwords (it is entered there after the first refusal). And check your settings.

It happens that the dialog does not appear, but it can be opened by clicking on the key in the address bar https://youtu.be/0PtRMNXQF4M
