Chrome stopped opening previously opened tabs!
Opirals on this article - the problem is the same here ! But there is no solution in it (
What to do and how to edit it?

because the cross is the closing of the current window, not the software. so the tabs are not saved.
if annoying, put any extension to save the history of tabs.
