Chrome is trying to resolve IPv6, how to fix it?

There is a fresh Google Chrome, a couple of months ago I experimented with IPv6 and everything worked correctly, then I abandoned this business and now I decided to experiment again and everything works, only Chrome tries to resolve addresses like [fc00::6]/index.php
This?
