How to prevent the browser from caching a specific area on the site?

Now caching in browsers is getting tougher, as a result, if a person, for example, was on the main page, then added the product to the cart (which is in the header) and returned to the main page, he would have an "empty cart" there. If you update - everything will fall into place.
Is it possible to somehow prevent the browser from caching certain blocks on the site?

You can only cache responses for HTTP requests, not parts. In theory, you could put a generic title in a frame and cache it, but more often than not it will be messy and not worth it. What you can and should cache are images, scripts, and style sheets; As a rule, all external resources that are static and are selected in a separate request.
