When I open a tab with the background (wheel), chrome freezes, links stop responding to hover. And hangs somewhere 1-4 seconds. I turn off lastPass, everything is good.
Appeared somewhere like a week.
This is not the case on other sites. Here also I do not know where a jamb.

I have a couple more sites stupid with lastpass enabled, droider is generally impossible to watch. Still sometimes adblock starts to blunt.

We need to find who is to blame. Let's say Habr is beyond suspicion. Lastpass doesn't just work in Chrome. Try to open Habr (with LastPass) in Explorer or in FF.
Second option. Initial data. We open two consoles (in one ping to any site, in the second ping to Habr). We go to Habr, look, analyze, draw intermediate conclusions. And can DNS be changed to any other? Even from Google. Temporarily.
