Why do some job offers on Habrahabr appear bold and green?

Section "Oh, work!" looks like this right now:

Some hyperlinks are shown in plain text, and some others are shown in bold greenish font.

How do they differ from each other? Does this difference matter to the job seeker, or is it purely visual (the authors of the ad paid more or less to Habrahabr for their visibility, for example)?

The first thing that comes to mind is that, in fact, the phrase “fat greenish” symbolically most often means a troll. However, my common sense quietly tells me that this may not be the reason in the job listing.

On hantim.ru they are also highlighted in color, only in pink. I think in order to attract attention, like a hot vacancy.
