Good afternoon, is it possible to open a local file without the user's request via Chrome.fileSystem? or mb there are other ways to work with a local text file on the client side? Without the use of additional platforms

This is not the same file system as /home/username or C:\Documents and Settings\username.
It's just a sandbox, initially empty until something is poured into it. There is no and will not be access
to local file systems in /home/username or C:\Documents and Settings\username from the web !
