Chrome extension that makes a site black and white?

After changing the design to oDesk / upwork, I can stay on the site for no more than 2 minutes, my eyes hurt from the bulging green. Tell me some extension for Chrome that makes the site black and white or reduces the contrast.
I found Text Mode , it got better, but I don’t like that when a new page is loaded, the green design still loads for a split second, and then only becomes black and white.

Hi, you have a badly adjusted monitor, gamma, colors, etc. google this topic, because on my monitor the color is very nice, I like the design more than the previous one. I doubt that incompetent designers are sitting in clothes, good luck to you, take care of your eyes.
I also have a macbook with this OS, I downloaded a custom color scheme when buying, google macbook custom color profile.
