From what we worked with and what I can immediately recall, Buffalo, QNAP and IO Data (Japanese brand) have models with encryption.
For these three brands, we analyzed the protection algorithms a few years ago and are able to extract the key that encrypts data.
In addition, you can search for vendors using LUKS, original or modified - this can also help you find additional options.
