Choosing a video card up to 15000, what do you recommend?

Budget 15000, what to choose?
At the moment I'm considering gtx 1050ti, rx 480, rx 470.
For what - I'm not much of a gamer, but I want to try some interesting toys like Dishonored2, etc.
The monitor is not 4k, the resolution is 1920x1080

Get a gtx1060 and don't sweat it for long. Just 15k
If you take it in Germany, it will come out 12k

RX 470 with 8GB and fast memory (8k) if you build a PC for a long time.
And up to 15 tyr
+, you can not be afraid that in a year your card will be clogged with firewood, rather the opposite.
+ taking into account console tendencies with ~6 GB of memory consumption, you won't have to be afraid of drawdowns of the minimum fps.
So for long-playing assemblies - the most relevant option.

If strictly up to 15, then 1050Ti.
Taking 1060 with 3Gb seems to me not a very thoughtful option, and models with 6Gb are already under 20 thousand.
