Choosing a portable ultrabook for programming, $1000-$1500?
I want to find a productive ultrabook for programming. The main thing is to keep charging well, and also cope with the tasks that will be assigned to it. I do web programming. Interested mainly in versions with a screen of 12-13 inches.

I read reviews, they write that they do not hold out of the promised 10 and 8 hours. For me, this is a significant disadvantage. And also with the size of the SSD is difficult to decide.
I once bought a ThinkPad T440s. It has an internal non-replaceable battery and an external replaceable one. Therefore, you can buy several external ones and change them on the fly. Or buy one big replacement. After buying a laptop, I immediately bought the most capacious replacement, the laptop worked quietly with it for 7-8 hours. But over 3 years, the capacity has degraded, especially after living in Nepal, where there is very poor electricity and constant switching on and off of the light.
I recently bought almost the same battery in Vietnam, it seems to be native Lenovo, new, but nevertheless, it only lasts 3 hours.
But in general, I concluded for myself that Lenovo came up with an optimal scheme with replaceable batteries. While it was new, I was very pleased. It was possible to work all day safely away from the outlet.
If there is at least part of the frontend, only macbook will help you.
It's not even about "classiness", it's trite to test work in safari
I use sony vaio pro 13, I have been satisfied for many years. Bought a macbook pro 15 and sold it. Sony turned out to be cooler, including the battery, and for the tasks that were set for it, it is many times more convenient, stronger and more practical. Now there is no sony vaio anymore, and there are no alternatives in terms of quality either. Remains mac
