Choosing a laptop for Photoshop?

Greetings, I was
looking for a laptop for work and study. I'm not strong in laptops, so I hope someone will tell you something. I do photography. A laptop is needed mainly for using Photoshop, Lightroom and Capture (Premier, sometimes)
I'm looking for in the Czech Republic, the limit is 18 thousand crowns. At the rate of 60-62 tr.
My eyes fell on two laptops:

Lenovo Ideapad 5 14ALC05
AMD Ryzen 5 5500U,
16 oz,
512 ssd,
integrated vidyuha,
But there is a slot for a sd card, which is undoubtedly a plus

1650 vidyuha
No slot for sd card

I would choose Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ARH05 for myself. In the future, I bought + 8GB of RAM (unless, of course, you can still shove +8 into it) and changed the SSD to 500GB. This is my personal opinion.

Definitely 4600H, there are more caches of all levels. The built-in Vega is at the gtx1030 level, an additional 1650 will be a big plus, including for Photoshop. For memory cards, I bought a card reader in the form of a flash drive, so this is not a reason for reflection at all.
