Choosing a CMS for creating a bulletin board / social network (PHP5)

Good day.
Help me choose a CMS for such purposes:
1. There will be customers and performers on the site, customers add orders for services - and performers - the services themselves, so you need good functionality to work with MySQL to organize it all.
2. Registration is separate, with different rights to add content.
3. Good administration.
Ready to finish it myself if necessary.
Mostly free, but you can also pay.
Thanks a lot!

CMS for similar tasks did not meet.
For such tasks, a framework is suitable, for example Yii: yiiframework.ru
Or a self-written site.
As a rule, such resources require a lot of effort and financial investment.

As I understand it, this is just an analogue of the freelance exchange. Google this phrase, maybe you will find something more substantial.
Although if you plan to grow and develop, then I would start writing on the framework, because. if there was something sensible, it would be heard.

try livestreet. She herself is imprisoned under the social. network, so there should be few problems with "finishing"

phpBB - with proper development and study of the instructions for setting up multi-level access rights: a great and powerful tool with a huge number of modules.

If you yourself are familiar with php, then Cotonti is your option (it’s easy to figure it out on your own), on it and social. networks did and they built a freelance exchange, though many stumble on this because the plows for the exchange cover only the basic functionality, and finished it requires an experienced php programmer (because the engine, although simple, is rather weak with docks) and the community is small.
