Choose a hypervisor with a branch for linux?
The customer needs a 1c RDP terminal, preferably located in a conditionally safe jurisdiction.
Usually I put Windows with hyper-v in selectel, and inside the hyper I raised a terminal server.
In this case, the customer wanted to put it further away and chose hetzner.
Hetzner provided a dedik for reasonable money, but he pulled Linux for me there for free. Ipmi does not give access and I cannot install Windows on my own. For their installation of Windows, it takes 170$ per month, which is twice as expensive as the Dedik itself.
What normal hypervisor can be used today in Ubuntu to install Windows inside it?
I look towards kvm, but I would like an adequate web admin panel for it. Advise pliz
