Checking transfer to QIWI wallet?

Task:
Check by phone number whether the user transferred money to a QIWI wallet using Node.JS without the QIWI API.
How are the solutions?

Logs in, parses the list of transactions, enters them into an array, and checks every 5 seconds if there are any new ones.
I have a ready Daemon on Node.js with authentication, transaction verification, and adding to the database.
