Change View on scroll?

I saw in some applications how some part of the View (usually the Toolbar) changed when scrolling. For example, the text moved or decreased, but returned to its original position if you scrolled back to the very top. This happened, of course, in the form of animation,
I just can’t find how exactly to implement this, can anyone guide me?
