Certificate for Exchange Server 2016?

Good time, can you tell me what type of certificate is needed for Exchange Server 2016? Is it possible to get a free public certificate? Thank you.

Are there any restrictions

Yes :)
Don't listen to LE enthusiasts. Because it will NOT work . Everywhere - will be. And it won't work with eksch :) Because the cunning M$ laid down such a little thing with a pen that LE enthusiasts don't know (and they don't know it because LE is not used on eksch) - in order for the certificate to work on eksch, you need, so that it has its external name registered in the SAN , for example ruchka.zhopa.ru and a "special" name for the ekscha - autodiscover (in this case - autodiscover.zhopa.ru).
If there is no autodiscover name in the SAN, most likely the certificate will not work.
So either generate it yourself or buy it (and it costs a lot).
