Why doesn't BackupExec 15 want to make incremental backups of the exchange??

Good afternoon.
I have Exchange 2010 sp2 on an iron server, I also have an iron server with BackupExec 15 installed, OS Win 2012 p2. Symantec correctly creates full backups, but refuses increments, referring to the enabled cyclic logging of the mailer. If I turn off the cycles, the backup is normal, but, accordingly, the logs of the ekschendzha begin to accumulate, and pretty quickly they grab all the free space. Crutches in the form of scripts for periodic cleaning of logs are not kosher like that. Can someone tell me - are there any nuances when setting up a backup that I can miss?
According to my settings, if needed, I can answer in the comments)

The essence of an incremental backup is a backup of transaction logs, after a successful backup - BackupExec must inform Exchange that the backup was successful, and it must delete the backed up logs.
The restoring process is the opposite - the full backup is restored, then the database is played out with transaction logs until the required time.
So either you are in a hurry - either the incremental backup passes with fails, or you need to check the box - inform exchange about the successful completion of the incremental backup and do truncate logs.
PS
When circular logging is enabled - according to the design of Exchange itself, it is impossible to make an incremental backup - technically.
