Ceph rados GW why slow?

Good day friends.
I need your help to deploy a cluster on Ceph.
There are several nodes on Centos 7. According to the Ceph documentation, I deployed a cluster, as well as RadosGW.
But here's the problem: when testing and determining the performance indicators of the cluster, it turned out that there are requests that, unlike most, hang on RadosGW for about a few seconds. As a result, there are not very positive indicators:
30-40 put/s of objects of different sizes from 4KB to 16 MB.
The nodes are all equal and have the following specifications:
2 x CPU Xeon e5 2650
128 GB DDR4 RAM
36 OSD (2.5 TB per OSD)
Network - 2 x 10 GB in "mode=balance-xor"
800 Gb SSD
Ceph Version - 0.94.7
Frontend Radosgw - Civetweb
