Ceph Object Gateway. How to create a star configuration?
Hello. It is necessary to make a distributed storage of objects with a "star" topology:
there are N nodes on which objects are loaded and stored there, as well as a central node N + 1 to which they are replicated. Each of the N nodes should not see what the other nodes contain, but the (N+1)th one should see everything.
I'm thinking of using a subject for this. You can raise your Ceph on each node, and then do replication, but this solution is no better than using a regular DBMS with replication.
Is there a way to make it pretty? Create one distributed storage and place each of the N nodes in its own pool / zone, and place the central node in all zones simultaneously (I'm not sure that I use the chain terms "pool" and "zone" as intended). Is this even implementable in Ceph now?
