You have tutors who:
1) Definitely know more about the subject than the average visitor to this site.
2) They get paid just for this (and if you are also on a paid one, then it is you who pay them).
It makes more sense to ask them.
It is quite possible that you have planned a specialization in what interests you from some course.
Either there is a department for this direction or there is a separate direction for some department.
And they will be happy to answer your question and may be happy to take on help with projects from the area you are interested in.

start from here

https://habr.com/ru/hub/cellular/ (well, you can skip the economy)
study - English, all courses in telecom engineering courses, aim at MTS, but better in Huiwei (most likely, you have towers and a lot of places from them) or in Ericsson

Technically, the network of a mobile operator can be divided into four large blocks:
1) radio access - base stations and everything connected with them
2) core network - CSCore, PSCore, PBX switches, service platforms, etc.
3) transport network - switches, routers, multiplexers, radio relays and FOCL, etc.
4) IT billing and convergent services for B2B (scoring, mailing ...)
Each separate section is a very large layer in which hundreds of people work . Decide where you want to start.
