Of course, it's easier than ever to buy an iPhone 4S or Motorolla droid razr, but they cost like an airplane, and I would like something cheaper: at least up to 10 thousand rubles. There is no need for cameras or even a color display. You only need synchronization so that you can finally move to Skylink.

These phones will not work in Skylink. It has a frequency of 450.

HTC ChaCha fits into your budget, from what is sold in Russia . I must admit, though budget, but an interesting model. Close to budget HTC Droid Incredible .
