Cause of the error while installing the module?

I decided to install the vk-auth module.
An error pops up

This is #722 PhantomJS issue: npm doesn't see package in PATH. Helps global re / installation. If it didn't work, then install it from sources, and then add phantomjs.exe to PATH.
