Caught a virus hiding files and folders, how to find and destroy it?

The virus hides some files, and even entire drives. And also set the "read-only" parameter to all files, which itself is restored. I already checked Dr.Web Cure It and Casper with all sorts of things, found a bunch, but nothing has changed, what should I do?

Look through the task manager who eats a lot of processor time. View left processes. Use Procmon to catch a process that changes attributes.
