But if we pay in an online store, for example, through the WAYFORPAY service from a seller who is 100% NOT registered as an PE, FOP, etc. we buy a children's photo frame, and we have "gifts / toys" in the spending category - this category is determined by the seller himself or the payment acceptance service (WFP) automatically determines it from the subject of the resource from which the payment is made?
That is, if you make a landing page for a flower shop, attach WFP to it, then the payment category will be "flowers / floristry" or something similar?
