Masters of iron assembly for games, I greet you!
Please advise a thin desktop-case (horizontal) to stuff productive hardware (full-fledged video + PSU) into it.
An entertainment center is planned for the living room: so that it doesn’t make much (better not at all) noise and pull top games (I’m talking about cooling and power supply, the rest is by itself).
The whole problem is that it should be no more than 70-80mm in height (better like PS4)

Maybe you should still consider buying a PS4?
