Actually the question is in the title of the topic. There was a need to install 1-2 cameras, but I just can’t find anything inexpensive with Power Over Ethernet support ... there are no WiFi, __card, etc. support there. Maybe someone came across?

Inexpensive - how much?
Cameras with PoE technology are inherently more expensive than their "Jackless" counterparts. It is cheaper to compress UTP 4x4 for power (2 pairs in parallel) and two pairs for the network.
The cheapest are Dlink cameras ...
