Can you suggest which services and utilities are better to use for SEO?

Good afternoon.
I have been working on positions in search results on my sites for a long time, drawing knowledge from where I have to, and using whatever utilities I got.
Can you tell me what services and utilities do you use - the pros?
I use pr-cy to audit the site, but it seems to me that it is already outdated. I found SerpStat, but I don't know anything about it.
Well, to analyze the download speed, I use Pagespeed Insights, I think everyone uses it.
I use the W3C Markup Validation Service to parse html.
The search for donor sites takes the most time. On exchanges, after filtering through checktrust, either very little or expensive remains. Moreover, due to the lack of knowledge in the purchase of links, it becomes scarier not to fall under the filter (maybe someone knows a good article on this topic?). Well, or maybe someone knows a way to select sites for links in a semi-automatic mode?
Preparation of technical specifications by a copywriter is also a rather time-consuming task, in my opinion. Does anyone know an online service for automatically compiling technical specifications in accordance with modern requirements for SEO texts?
Who else is using what?
