Can you suggest a program for recording contacts with categorization and displaying birthdays in a separate list (window)?

We need a program for the office - a universal telephone directory (free or with an adequate price)
1. preferably for general use (over the network)
2. recording clients and employees with their coordinates
3. exporting data to excell, and if possible importing from excell.
4. choice of report option (printing a separate category of employees, a separate list of birthdays, ...)
Working as a separate file in excell or access does not suit.
