Can you recommend a Habit Forming App with Self-Assessment?
I recently started reading the book "Triggers - Form Habits - Build Character". It seemed an interesting idea not only to evaluate what I did from habits in a day, but also to rate: how well I do it.
Unfortunately I haven't found any rated apps for iphone other than impact daily (but I don't really like it yet). In all the rest, there are simply three choices: either did it, or not, or skip it.
Maybe someone knows similar applications with a rating on a 5 or 10 point scale?
