Can you recommend a good book on differential equations?

Good afternoon.
Do not recommend a good problem book on remote control (from many topics, from the basics - to a system of higher-order remote control and software implementation of numerical methods).
In my understanding, good:
1) Gradation of tasks of each topic by difficulty levels
2) For each topic:
2.1) detailed analysis of a pair of tasks
2.2) for other tasks - answer
2.3) for ~ 5-6% of tasks (especially for complex ones) - an abbreviated process solutions.
3) Before each topic 1-3 page "cheat sheet" (basic formulas and principles).
As an example of such a textbook - "Collection of problems in mathematics for applicants to technical universities" by M.I. Scanavi.
