Please advise assembling a computer to work with Photoshop and develop websites.
My requirements - basically, while working, I have two browsers open with 10-20 tabs each, 1 or 2 projects in Photoshop, a local server, Sublime Text 3 text editor and Word (sometimes Word's two). I don’t play games, except maybe a dinosaur on Google if there is no Internet.
There are no preferences regarding CPU manufacturers, but I would like a motherboard from Asus.
Oh yes, and the budget is 45,000 rubles.
