Can you recommend a 4V MOSFET and a load up to 1A?

Can you advise, suggest?
are there any 3-4 V p-channel MOSFETs that open with a logic-one level for 3.3V?
I want to use it with a 3.3V arduino, powered by a lithium battery, to power a 12V step-up module that will power an electrovalve or electric actuator.
load current (in a 3.7V circuit) up to 1A, but for a short time (approximately 30 seconds)
