Hello. There is a budget of 50-55 thousand. I sketched a couple of assemblies for a future more powerful video card, at the moment I have - ASUS Radeon HD 7870 1000Mhz PCI-E 3.0 2048Mb 4800Mhz 256 bit 2xDVI HDMI HDCP. Evaluate and correct if in your opinion there is a better solution.

There is no cooler in assembly 2, it is the most powerful. But all these assemblies have a big difference in price (one for almost 50,000 and the other for 30,000). So it's hard to compare them.
