Can you identify the device from the photo?

Good day everyone.
In my server room there is such a piece of iron (see photo) without identification marks. A signal is output from it to RS-232. It includes the ava of the end of the veena pair (1 pair out of 4. The remaining 3 are cut off). I would like to understand what it could be? The board itself has the inscription FENIX A0.11. Only Google could not help me :(
This garbage connects to the server that serves the OrionPRO Bolid. Most likely, it is through it that all other devices are connected to the system. I need to transfer everything to a virtual server that does not have COM ports. T. It is not clear at all, unfortunately, where and how to install this converter.To do this, you need to understand what kind of signal goes through two twisted-pair wires that go into the device (they are in the photo below).
There is nothing on the box itself. Not a single inscription.

PS I tried to display it as an attachment - it does not open from Yandex.disk for preview ((

@Kalombyr

Good day.
Maybe two wires - from smoke / temperature sensors, what else in the server room?
I also saw the implementation of a super hard reset and watchdog.
Maybe some kind of contactless reader.
Maybe just extra food.
I think it's worth determining for a start where the wires are connected.
Judging by the diagram, it has a microcontroller, which means that it most likely does something else besides transformations.
