According to the team viewer, doing such things is extremely inconvenient. In addition, since you offer Team Viewer, most likely you have a system almost on a local PC under Windows, which in itself is not very correct.
The best solution is to unload the database and the moodledata folder, prepare a Linux-based server (you can rent a VDS for this), transfer everything there and update it there (using ssh, not Team Viewer).
