Judging by the attachment graph in the archive, one of the files inside the packaged hack is suspicious: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/96e3e97f78f3fc02... although its size is too large to be considered a normal virus. You need to check in detail, it may be that in this pack one of its already nested elements is malware.
Yes, virustotal can be wrong, because the anti-virus programs in it use heuristic analysis, and as a result, they can give an erroneous result.

Virustotal itself is not an antivirus, it just checks the file with many antiviruses. And individual antiviruses may well be wrong.
