CONSOLE antivirus for Windows with regularly updated databases?

I searched and searched, but did not find an antivirus for Windows that has the following properties:
- It's just a program that checks the disk (not a service);
- It does not require installation (non-critical);
- She does not prescribe herself to autoload (yes, she does not prescribe!);
- It is console, configured with options;
- It is open source / free, with regularly updated databases.
That is, I just want to manually turn on the disks for a full scan from time to time. And I don't need anything else.
Is there such a thing in nature?

web doctor
can run their cureit with keys (I'm not sure if it won't show a window)
or the regular version has drwebwcl.exe

Malicious Software Removal Tool - comes once in a while with Microsoft updates, after installation it starts automatically in the background 1 time after the first reboot. support.microsoft.com/kb/890830/en . On my own experience, I checked the effectiveness of this thing, it often helps a lot in the treatment of infected computer parks with non-updatable OS and software.

You are lagging behind life, for the safety of this for many years it has not been enough. You need active protection at least.

www.z-oleg.com/secur/avz/ - does not fall into only one requirement - it is not console.

Kaspersky used to have a console scan utility. I don't remember the name, look at this page .

for normal network operation, you need not only a running hardware or software firewall to a PC,
but also an active antivirus, an anti-rootkit + blocking all sorts of crap that crawls through web pages, which antiviruses very rarely catch.
Oh yes, the web browser, flash and Java must be updated regularly, as, in other matters, the OS.

I use the drweb console scanner . Once every two months I update the key from my favorite magazine for the automatic update to work.

clamwin - can be run both from the interface and from the command line.
Emsisoft Emergency Kit - there is a command line from which you can also run the
avz update - there is a command line + scripts
If you shove the databases manually and use gui - there will be much more
