Are there programs for Windows to check a folder with files for malicious code?

Hey!
Are there programs for Windows to check a folder with files for malicious code?

I look everywhere only online services that promote everyone and find nothing, you need to check the files before publishing them on the server. And manually checking hundreds of files is such a thing.

Do not confuse backdoors and trojans that work on the site , and desktop viruses .
These are two non-intersecting spheres, and the checks on them are different.
The first one is very blurry, since the same code can be both a regular file manager and a script embedded to upload files by an attacker.
The second is completely covered by services like VirusTotal, where seventy anti-virus engines vote on how malicious this code can be and whether it is already known as a real virus.

Antiviruses! Let's say there is ESET NOD32

1/ it’s safer to close penetration routes, rather than treat the consequences
2/ now the trend is to pull up malicious code from the Internet = local files will pass the test
3/ use vulnerability scanners and monitor file changes
