Can this SVG be turned into a solid path?

Animation requires the image to be a single path. But as you can see, there are many of them. Is there any way to combine all this image into one path in Illustrator? https://codepen.io/anon/pen/OdKpve

As already said, in the combined vector (yes, compound path) there cannot be different properties. And so, if anything, the compound is done through CTRL + 8 (Object -> Compound Path -> Make)

This is not entirely clear, why is it necessary to have one? If the animation needs one common behavior and different properties (color in this example), then all paths have one class, and animation to that class. In general, you need to know the problem in order to find a solution.
