Colors change when exporting to PDF in Illustrator, how to fix it?

When exporting to PDF, the colors specifically change, I fiddled with the settings for a long time, nothing helped.
It’s probably worth saying that the problem appeared after changing the monitor for the PC, before that I hadn’t encountered anything like that. I tried everything, literally, I also changed the color settings themselves, used the PANTONE palette when working (also separately, when checking colors, I tried different palettes, the result is the same), I tried to print, suddenly it’s just a display on the screen, but no , it prints just like in pdf.
