Can there be brakes when switching fragments through navigation in Nox with Android 4.4.2?

I'm taking the Udacity course "Developing Android Apps with Kotlin". I ran into a lesson on Navigation.
Video
I did everything as in the video on the basis of their workpiece ... all switching occurs normally, but terrible brakes for winning and losing about 20 seconds.
PS: Strange, I wanted to record a video.
1) Turned on the record ... the brakes were gone.
2) Turned off the recording - there are no brakes.
3) Overloaded Nox - brakes again.
4) Back to step 1
