Can the projector be controlled via USB?

The remote control from the acer projector was lost, there are no duplicate buttons. I can't position the image. What software can be used to control the acer x1260 projector via usb? The Internet suggests that there is a utility, but for some reason at the office. The manufacturer's website is nothing but manuals. The same goes for other projector models. Can anyone come across? are there any alternatives?
