Connect your phone with a cable to the computer. Further on the phone Settings -> Wireless & Networks More -> Tethering & portable hotspot -> USB tethering.
The phone turns into a network card. Further, if you have Linux, you do not need to do anything, the card will immediately be picked up in the system.
